Level, engineered sand surface, harrowed and packed for dogs.
Automatic sprinkler system, takes 9 minutes to water the whole arena.
Good ventilation for warm weather.
LED lighting
Lightweight 6ft tall fencing to section off arena available if needed.
Table and seating provided.
Viewing and seating alongside 2 sides of the arena.

Indoor Arena hourly rentals:
without agility equipment: $35 /hour
with agility equipment: $40 /hour
Coverall Arena:
70’ x 70’ sand arena, good footing for dogs
Fully fenced
Excellent ventilation for warm weather
Well suited for a wide variety of dog training classes
Use as a training ring, or warm up area for agility trials.
Pricing:
Coverall arena: $25 /hour
Bundled for Trials or Matches: $50/ day
Field rentals:
$10 /hour – up to 4 dogs
Group field use: $25 /hour for more than 4 dogs, or for lessons and competitions.
Multiple fields in various sizes are available including a
½ Mile Racetrack, with a center field of grass and swimming pond.
$15 /hour – up to 4 dogs
Group field use: $30 /hour for more than 4 dogs, or for lessons and competitions.
3 ½ Km of All weather, private trails through the woods.
$15 /hour – up to 4 dogs
Group field use: $30 /hour for more than 4 dogs, or for lessons and competitions.
Full Day Facility Rentals:
$450 – Includes the big arena, unfenced tenting field next to barn, the Clubhouse, ample parking, multiple potty yards, flush toilets, and the gathering circle grassy hang-out area.
+$50 /day to add-on the Coverall arena
+$50 /day to add on the private trails for all day, unlimited use by competitors

Available for one day, or multi-day trials.

Indoor crating area inside the barn will be ready for the summer so dogs won’t need to be crated in vehicles.

Off leash field available.
3.5km of private trails available for use by competitors.
The 70’ x 70’ coverall arena available for a Training Ring, or as a warm up area.
Available to rent for other DogSport and Dog Training Competitions as well.
Seminars & Workshops:
Available for one day, or multi-day seminars and workshops for all dogsports and training.
Potential to have a full ring, as well as a small ring in the coverall, for multiple set ups, or multiple instructors working at the same time.
Clubhouse available for hosts and instructors.
Or for use as a learning classroom.
Tables, a desk, easel and pull down projector screen available.
