Field and Trail Rentals for dog use!
The Indoor Arena and the Coverall Arena are perfect to book for group dog training classes, or just for your own large, indoor, dry place to practice.
Available for rent for Agility, Obedience, Rally-Obedience, Nose Work, Scent Detection, Confirmation, Puppy Training and more!
You can also rent our fenced in fields, and 3.5km of private trails!
Rentals are open to everyone!
Indoor Arena:
156’ x 72’
Fenced and gated entrance/exit.
Level, engineered sand surface, harrowed
and packed for dogs.
Automatic sprinkler system, takes 9 minutes to
water the whole arena.
Good ventilation for warm weather.
LED lighting
Lightweight 6ft tall fencing to section off arena
available if needed.
Table and seating provided.
Viewing and seating alongside 2 sides of the
arena.
$35 /hour

Coverall Arena:
70’ x 70’ sand arena, good footing for dogs
Fully fenced
Excellent ventilation for warm weather
Well suited for a wide variety of dog
training classes
Use as a training ring, or warm up area
for agility trials.
$ 25 /hour
Field rentals:
$10 /hour – up to 3 dogs
Group field use: $25 /hour for 4 or more dogs,
or for lessons and competitions.
Multiple fields in various sizes are available:
Creekside Meadows - a huge field, forested area,
and a creek running through it.
Pond Field - a large fenced in grass field with
a swimming pond and trees.
The Sorting Field - a large fenced in grass field.
Corner Field - a large fenced in grass field.
North Field - a large fenced in grass field.
You can park right next to the field entrances!
*The field fencing is still being upgraded and may not be completely secured at this time.
If you require a completely securely fenced field please contact us as there is a secure field
available for rent on SniffSpot.
Racetrack rental:
½ Mile Racetrack, with a large grassy
center field
all weather track surface
$ 15 /hour for up to 3 dogs
Group field use: $25 /hour for 4 or more dogs,
or for lessons and competitions.
Trail Rentals:
Enjoy 3.5km of private, forested trails
all to yourself, or for yourself and friends!
All weather surface on the trails.
$ 15 /hour for up to 3 dogs
Group field use: $25 /hour for 4 or more dogs

Agility Trials and Fun Matches:
Available for one day, or multi-day trials.
156’ x 72’ indoor arena.
Ring entrance/exit already fenced and gated.
Viewing and seating available along two sides of the ring.
Beautiful clubhouse available for hosts and judges to use. Heated in the winter!
Indoor crating area inside the barn will be ready for the summer so dogs won’t need to be crated in vehicles.
Nice Tenting field just outside the barn.
Multiple potty areas and fenced in dog potty yards.
Off leash field available.
3.5km of private trails available for use by competitors.
The 70’ x 70’ coverall arena available for a Training Ring, or as a warm up area.
Available to rent for other DogSport and Dog Training Competitions as well.
Seminars & Workshops:
Available for one day, or multi-day seminars and workshops for all dogsports and training.
Potential to have a full ring, as well as a small ring in the coverall, for multiple set ups, or multiple instructors working at the same time.
Clubhouse available for hosts and instructors.
Or for use as a learning classroom.
Tables, a desk, easel and pull down projector screen available.
Heated in the winter!
Other Dogsport and Dog Training Competitions:
The facility is available to rent as a whole, or in sections (ie. field rentals), for other dogsport, and dog training competitions. Just email to ask!
Full Day Facility Rentals:
$450 – Includes the big arena, unfenced tenting field next to barn, the Clubhouse, ample parking, multiple potty yards and the gathering circle grassy hang-out area.
+$50 /day to add-on the Coverall arena
+$50 /day to add on the private trails for all day, unlimited use by competitors
