Round Pen
Whether you are training up a new horse, or fine tuning your current horse, the round pen is a fabulous tool. Few experienced trainers would be willing to make do without one.
Our 60 foot round pen is equipped with our signature sand blend footing for the safety and security of the horse. The center portion is left firm for the comfort of the trainer. Underground drainage facilitates rapid removal of rain water making the use of the pen available year round.
The sides are of an open rail design allowing the horse to see out thereby helping him keep his balance and orientation. Solid barge boards along the bottom keep the horses feet out from under the rails. Because of its 60 foot diameter and outward sloping sides, horses under saddle can be lounged or ridden in the round pen.
